July 2010, the new HR module is now available
A new AB Value module: the HR module.
Because service companies present a growing need for industrializing the planning of their activities and resources, the AB Value teams realized studies leading to the creation of the HR module.
This new module makes not only possible the determination of the operation site's needs in terms of resources, action already carried out by AB Value, but also the allocation of individual resources to processes.
The main feature of the HR module is to precisely adjust the personnel planning to the needs of the operations, thanks to its resource planning, adjustement and performance functions.
It enables to:
- monitor the daily individual performance,
- manage the skills of the operators,
- issue alerts in case of additional hours (...).
This module can be used on a daily basis. It thus enables service companies to focus on their core activity.
